About Jeff Van Horne
Jeff is recognized as an industry expert on Passive Optical LAN technology and associated commercial solutions, with over 15 years experience in Passive Optical Networks. Formerly with Tellabs, Jeff held global responsibility for business development and product marketing of Tellabs’ Passive Optical LAN solutions. He was instrumental defining and launching Tellabs Passive Optical LAN product portfolio into Federal and Commercial Enterprise markets. Jeff is a speaker at TIA, BICSI and other industry associations and is a member of the TIA Fiber Optic Tech Consortium (FOTC). Jeff has also held technology and business leadership positions at Texas Instruments, Marconi Communications, and Navini Networks (Cisco Systems). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from The Ohio State University and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Southern Methodist University. |
